weigh in report

I am a little disappointed I only lost 1/4 of a pound. I was sure it was more. My experience has shown me that if it doesn't show up this week I will have a better loss next week (if I stay on program). 1/4 pound loss is still a loss and they all add up. I will look at my food chart and see if there are areas I need to improve on. I know I didn't eat enough protein each day so that will be my goal this week. To get protein at each meal. If you are not keeping a food chart it is hard to know what you need to adjust. I did not keep a good account for the past few days, which may be why I didn't lose as much. I find if I am not recording it's because I have been off program.
My goals for week two are:
record everyday what I have eaten
Continue drinking 8+ glasses of water
Curves 3 times during the week.
Walk 2 miles/ 3 times during the week.
Support my fellow dieters

I can totally relate to how you feel.

I, like you, get off the track when I don't keep track of my goals. When I get very busy, everything flies out the window. I really believe my food/activity journal is my best friend right now. It reminds me what I need to do.

Today will be a better day for both of us!!

I think we all get off track at times. As long as we don't continue to fall we'll be ok!

That didn't sound right. we may fall again sometimes but what I meant is as long as we don't give up after the first fall we'll be ok.
It still isn't coming out the way I'm trying to say it so i need to go to bed!
