Another week and no weight loss... I don't get it. I am getting more exercise, but I guess I haven't done so well in the eating department. I did get 2.3 more miles today, but I am having trouble updating my tracker, I'll try one more time, but I need to go to bed. I feel lousy.

I can totally relate to your situation but I've been assured by the different books and articles I read that when you increase your activity, you may initially gain weight or not lose any weight because when building muscle, your body retains water but you are actually losing fat.
I get frustrated that I'm not losing weight as fast as I thought I would but I'm being patient.
Does your clothes fit looser? If they do, then it's an indication that you are losing fat and not just water and that's a good sign!! Don't worry, the numbers on the scale will go down!!
